Feedback on new parts?

Hey

Just upgrading my PC, it is mostly used for gaming, when high end games like Crysis and now BFBC2 came out i decided it was time to upgrade.

This is what i am thinking
Intel Core i7 860 Processor - 2.80GHz, LGA 1156, 8MB L3 Cache, Quad-Core,
Asus P7P55D LE Motherboard - Intel P55, Socket LGA1156, CrossFire, 2133MHz, DDR3
OCZ PC3-12800 Gold RAM - 4GB, 2x2GB, 1600MHz, DDR3, Low Voltage, Dual Channel

I already own a Ati Radeon HD 4850 which i plan to use, i also plan on keeping same HD and PSU (500w)

Any feedback on the parts i am getting is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

I would suggest you to go with Intel Core i7 860 Processor because its display performance is very good at the same time overclocking these new models is just excellent and the choice not to amputate the Core i5's cache meet the Core i7 is appropriate.
