Hi,

I have HP Photosmart c7288 printer. 'Cannot Install This Hardware … NTprint.inf' Error Message Displays on the Computer while Installing the software. How to remove this error ??? What is the cause of Hp photosmart c7288 Printer Installation problem ???

ChecK if the file ntprint.inf is present on computer, to do this :

1. Find the file ntprint.inf
2. Click Start, Find, then click Tools.
3. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options, click the View tab and then select Show hidden files and folders.
4. Click OK to save this change.
5. In the Windows Search window, type ntprint.inf in the text box File Name, click the button ... ( ) Next to the Folder text box, select Local Disk (C and then click OK.
