First of all for the bluetooth mouse your computer system should have the bluetooth device. After that you will be able to connect the bluetooth mouse with your computer system. Re: Problem in configuring Logitech V470 Bluetooth mouse

If all the things are proper and you have correctly run the setting wizard for the Logitech V470 Bluetooth mouse then i think this is the problem of the driver software. May be the driver software is not compatible with your version of Windows operating system. You are having the windows XP operating system. You will need to update the driver software for this bluetooth mouse. Go to device manager , select this bluetooth mouse. Right click on it and select 'Update driver' option. After this the mouse will work properly.
