Samsung SBH500 Bluetooth Stereo Headset

I am running windows xp on my system. I recently got Samsung SBH500 Bluetooth Stereo Headset, the problem is my Headset doesn't work even after configuring soundmax to use stereo headphones. I had to have everything re-loaded onto my xp computer, everything thing works except my Samsung SBH500 Headset.I have made sure everything is plugged in correctly, turned on, all the volumes are set at the highest level possible. Please help me.

Do you have the driver CD that came with the computer? If so, just go to add/remove application, find an audio driver, remove, reboot, insert the driver CD, reinstall the audio driver.

If you right click on your little speaker icon at the bottom right corner and choose "Playback devices" you should get a window pop up that looks like the picture below. Look in there and make sure the Samsung SBH500 Bluetooth Stereo Headset is turned up.

First disconnect the speakers and connect the Samsung SBH500 headphones to the same port at the back of the CPU and also check the sound properites by double clicking on the icon at the bottom right in the sys try, and also check the volume control on the headphone tail cord.

• Right Click your audio device and select Properties.
  
• Click the 'Driver Tab'
  
• Click the 'Rollback Driver' button.

1. Remove the additional sound card.
2. Shut down
3. Start up again and enter bios and disable onboard sound/shutdown
4. Install card and start up again. Have drivers ready for soundcard.
