Maybe your CPU getting overheating. See that you dust off cabinet/CPU every 2-3months and you will not get this problem again. If this does not fix your problem then try to unplug and plug all the power cables. And reassemble your DELL Inspiron 530 2-3times which will be ease off every problem of your's. |

When you start your computer you get into a bios screen or anything on the screen at all? How many beeps do you get? there are various solution related to the beep sound. It is important as it will take the guesswork out of diagnosing the problem. I think the problem in your Dell Inspiron 530 occurred because the system is trying to intialize one of the USB devices connected and failed to do that. |

I think that your monitor stayed black or blank may be due to monitor cord failure or maybe the monitor cord dropped out a fraction, just check it and plug in correctly. This may help you. And also I have heard that a Updating Microsoft may cause issues with blank screens and start ups. If this is in your case then i would tell you to boot into safe mode and do the system restore or remove/uninstall the recent Microsoft updates. |

If your computer does not start and makes beeps sound then just keep silence and track the pattern of beep sound. The single beep tells that everything is ok, if no beep then problem maybe no power or bad CPU/Motherboard, but in your case beep pattern maybe continuous High-Low beeps which indicates that CPU is overheating or maybe One long beep and Two short beeps or One long beep and Three short beeps which indicates there is some video problem. Other beep patterns are likes repeated long beeps which indicates memory problem, two beeps indicates POST/CMOS error, One long beep and One short beep indicates motherboard problem. |

Check that monitor plugged correctly, power cables plugged correctly and video card is seated correctly, if all this things is correct then it is hardware problem. Recollect whatever happened right before the problem occurred. If you have install any new piece of hardware then check it has been installed correctly or not. If the problem is still there, then remove it, then try again. If does not works then try to reinstall and configure the hardware again. If this also does not works then try to replace that hardware and go with new one. I think this all may help you to solve your problems.
