you bought the 5.1 Logitech X-530 speakers for your computer system. First of all you have to check that the 5.1 speakers are compatible with your audio or sound card or not. First check the Audio card of your computer. change the audio card of with the new 5.1 speakers supported sound card. Now connect your speakers to the computer properly as mentioned in the user guide setup settings of the speakers.

If your sound card supports the 5.1 speakers to your computer system then the other thing which can create the problem is the speakers settings. Make sure you have selected the 5.1 channel audio output in the audio settings. If you have not selected that select 5.1 from settings. You can go to audio settings from control panel. Go to sounds and audio devices then select speaker settings under volume tab. Select 5.1 surround sound from the list available there.

If your sound card and all the settings for the 5.1 Logitech x-530 speaker are proper then the problem can be with the audio driver itself or it is also possible that the Sound card is damaged. Reinstall the sound driver and connect the speakers properly. Check it is working properly or not. If it is working properly than it is fine. If it is not working properly then your audio device is damaged. You should replace the sound card.
