How many Times CD-RW can be burned?

I would like to know that how many times you can burn on a CD-RW . Because I have already burn one of the file with 500MB for about 7 to 8 times within two days. So for this want to know that burning files this many times within two days will this damage the RW disc.

For this In don’t have much idea but you can burn the files on one disc for approx. 1000 times and it can be done even more. so according to me if you have burned the files on the disc more then 6 to7 times back to back then too it should not have problem.

I have been using CD-RW from past one year and have burned many files for number of times. So it does not matter if you burn the files for 7-8 times.
