Webcam driver for compaq cpq64 webcam

Hi,

I have the compaq cpq64 webcam model but i lost the driver CD of the webcam . can anyone tell me where do i get the driver for this webcam? from which website i can download it? can i get the new driver cd from the company?

Hi,so you lost the driver CD of the compaq cpq64 webcam. you can download it from the website of the company. or else connect the webcam to your computer . right click on my computer then go to properties then go to hardware tab option ,select device manager in hardware tab,the hardware which dont have drivers installed will appear in yellow color mark , right click on the webcam hardware and select update driver option. this will automatically download and install the driver for the webcam. provided that you are connected to the internet.

If you have lost the driver CD of the webcam do not worry. nowadays almost every company provide the drivers for their products on the website .so, you can go to the website of the company and download the software from there. go to the website of the compaq company and go in support and driver section. or u can contact your dealer from where u have purchased the webcam. He will install the driver for you.
