Sony USB mouse detection issues

Sponsored Links
HI. I have purchased a Sony usb mouse recently. I have a Usb port on my cpu. I had a serial port scroll mouse before but now I switched to Usb mouse. the thing is I am not able to use my mouse well. It is not getting detected. It gives a problem as device not recognized. Also sometimes it gets detected and freezes after a period of time. What can be the problem? Please provide me the solution. Thank you.

Re: Sony USB mouse detection issues

Hello. Well it seems the problem is with your hardware. There might an issue with your motherboard or the system. You need to check out whether your system is compatible with Usb mouse. your system might be old and it might have the feature to support the modern Usb mouse. Check out the minimum configuration required for your mouse to work.

Hi. Well the issue can be the mouse also. Check out whether your mouse is proper. It is quite possible that your mouse is not able to detect because there might be a problem issue with the mouse. Check out it any other system if it does work. If it does not there too you need to replace your mouse. It might work out for you then.

There is also a possibility that your port might not be working properly. Also the mouse might work better on a USB 2.0 port as it has faster data mode transfer feature. If it all does not work for you may be the drivers for your mouse have not been installed properly. Also operating system doe matter too. If you are using a outdated operating system it might not support your mouse either. Check out for the all and then you may get to a satisfactory conclusion.
