Verify that the logitech illuminated keyboard is connected properly to the computer by turning off your computer and then disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard to the computer. Try another keyboard on the computer to verify that the keyboard has not gone bad.

When do you get the error? Did you get in to BIOS. Check the bio's to see if you have any changes.. if it is a usb keyboard, try changing USB ports. You may also have a problem with the keyboard itself.

Is it connected by USB, and if so is the BIOS set to support USB keyboards? If all of the above solutions are not able to resolve your logitech illuminated keyboard issue it is likely that the port on the back of the computer may be bad and the motherboard or I/O board may need to be replaced.
