Heat sink that does not work

Recently I purchased a new config:

    CPU: Intel i5-750 (Non OC)
    MB: Gigabyte GA-P55-DS3L
GC: Sapphire Radeon HD 4850 512 MB
    HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 S-ATA - 1000 GB - 32 MB
    RAM: G. Skill Kit Extrem sport3 2 x 2 GB PC12800 Trident Series
    PSU: Corsair HX 520W
    Case: ANTEC P193
CPU Fan: Cooler Master Hyper TX3

So after mounting my config, I had a concern with the heat sink, it starts a few seconds then stops and restarts the pc when I stop. I then tried with the heat sink provided with the i5, it works without problem so I then tried on an old TX3 Motherboard (MSI K9N6PGM2-V) and it works correctly above. Is there someone who could provide a solution or clues to offer me? The problem is it due to the motherboard or the heat sink?

I would say that is your CPU cooler running because basically it works for some time but other time it won't and that's the weird problem often seen. Try to see or test it manually to make sure if it not not the cause of your problem.

When you turn ON your computer, all are broken down in depth, for maximum voltage. Once initialized the bios, self regulation is in place, so sometimes a smaller voltage, may be that this voltage is not high enough to start your heat sink. Try to disable the automatic control in bios

Mayur the solution you propose works, but the problem right now is full speed, it is quite noisy. Is there really any alternative?

It depends if in your bios you can adjust the speed (low, fast, medium) I think. Otherwise, the alternative is getting a Rheobus Fan Controller.
