Well, for that price range, why don't you go for Altec Lansing 4.1 Channel Home theater system... It has an awesome sound quality and is worth the price. It would come for less then Rs.5000/- for sure...

The best 100Watt RMS speaker according to me is Logitech Z-2300 2.1 Speaker System. The technical specification of this system is Drivers - Satellites: 2.5-inch polished aluminum phase plug driver, Subwoofer - 8-inch long-throw ported driver with sixth-order bass reflex enclosure, Speaker dimensions - Satellites: 6.75 x 3.5 x 6 / Subwoofer: 11 x 11 x 15, etc. The price of the the same is a bit higher than your budget i.e. Rs.7,650 approx.
