Have you increase the RAM's voltage? Have you tried resetting the BIOS with the jumper on the motherboard? some configuration like Intel chips based on the Core architecture Not work with older P4 chips, since they dont have the same built in temp sensors.
Did you change the processor?You should reset bios by removing the battery on the motherboard for couple of minutes, A failed or incorrect BIOS update may cause this type of problem.
Have you tried downloading the latest updates for your system. If it Generates a warning event when any monitored voltages exceed their warning threshold values.It really seams to me that you installed the BIOS for the incorrect machine motherboard.You might try booting to SAFE MODE to see if that will work for you.
