Antec 1200 or cm haf932 cabinet?

I am looking to buy a new a cabinet, i am confuse between this two 1] antec 1200 and 2] cm haf932. Can any one tell me which one is better in terms of Noise, Weight and Cooling.

Go for antec 1200, The noise difference between this two is small.I would strongly recommend avoiding cooler master cases simply because they just use far too much cheap plastic and materials on most of their cases.
