LCD Monitors - Your Suggestions

Hi

My 15 inch CRT monitor is old so was thinking about buying a new LCD monitor, preferably 17 or 19 inch. My budget is around 8000 to 9000. Was interested in Acer X193HQ. Whats you opinion and suggestions

Acer is good and cheap with 8000 to 9000 budget you can go for view sonic or Lg monitor and also can get 19inch ...no problem

Instead of going with Acer LCD screen, i would suggest you to either go with LG or Samsung , specifically Samsung has come up with new model which includes glossy finish and they look very good if you keep it at your home or office. Check out the below links for more information

My suggestion is go for LG monitor, Samsung makes a good monitors but has a few models that are very good but 80% of them has been returned to service near the end or after the waranty period. I use LG for more then 3 years with no problems at all. LG makes monitors in a corporation with PHILIPS, and Philips is the leader in this industry, If you are able to buy a Philips go for it, othervise use LG. Hope I helped.

Thanks for your suggestions. I myself prefer LG. BTW will 16:9 ratio cause any viewing problems. Soneone recommended going for 16:10 rather than 16:9 ratio monitors i might go for LG W1934S monitor, but it supports 16:9 ratio
