Open a DOS command prompt (Start / Programs / Accessories, and type this: C: \ devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices 1 = C: \ devmgmt.msc when the device manager opens, to display / show hidden devices Then, to delete all COM ports (except com and printer) in the tree "PORTS". uninstall the bluetooth drivers and program management then restart the machine and reinstall the dongle itself. |
