    Follow the steps to solve your problem

    • It must first connect the cable to create a profile in ActiveSync
    • (if you do not you try and BT then suddenly one will not access the settings for ActiveSync)
    • Delete your profile (File> Delete Partnership)
    • Right-click the Bluetooth icon in the systray and click Advanced Configuration
    • In the Local Services tab, double-click Bluetooth Serial Port
    • Make sure the box is checked Autostart and note the COM port used
    • Click Apply, Ok, and Ok
    • Open ActiveSync, click on file and connection settings
    • Check the box Allow serial cable connection and select the same COM port as that used for the serial port bluetooth
    • Click Ok
    • In the SPV, start ActiveSync, select Menu and then Setup BT ActiveSync
    • Select Start -> Ok
    • Make sure Bluetooth is On and then select Menu and Apparatus
    • Select Menu then New
    • Select the name of your PC
    • Enter a password (1234) over the spv on your PC and then the name of your PC and select Done
    • Click OK -> Finish
    • Menu and select Connect via Bluetooth
    • The wizard on the pc you to create a partnership: Always click Next.

    Open a DOS command prompt (Start / Programs / Accessories, and type this:
    C: \ devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices 1 =
    C: \ devmgmt.msc
    when the device manager opens, to display / show hidden devices

    Then, to delete all COM ports (except com and printer) in the tree "PORTS". uninstall the bluetooth drivers and program management then restart the machine and reinstall the dongle itself.
