How to control Case Fan speed

i am interested to know how to control Case Fan speed i have connected 3 fans for my case where one is from motherboard and 2 are directly connected to power supply so i want help to control there speed according to my requirements.so please reply

SpeedFan is a program that monitors fan speeds and temperatures in computers with hardware monitor chips. SpeedFan can even access S.M.A.R.T. info and show hard disk temperatures. SpeedFan supports SCSI disks too. SpeedFan can even change the FSB on some hardware (but this should be considered a bonus feature). SpeedFan can access digital temperature sensors and can change fan speeds accordingly, thus reducing noise. SpeedFan can find almost any hardware monitor chip connected to the 2-wire SMBus

I think you cannot control case fan speed as the fan that you connected directly to power supply so there is no feedback for processor or motherboard so any type of control is not possible for on board connection check in the bios there you will find option to control the speed.

Normally Riva tuner is use to control fan speed but i am not sure about the case fan sped else you can yous some external device to control fan speed like ZALMAN ZM-MFC1 Fan Controller Panel this will help you to do what you want
