How to clean a printer head

I have a HP Photosmart 7450. In the pamphlet, that says to follow the instructions in the software that comes with the printer. I have never had no type of software with the printer. I went to the page Web of HP and to unload what they call software and the controllers, but is no software that says how to clean the printer to me. The cartridges in the printer are new and I am receiving documents lines throughout my so I am quite safe that it only needs to be cleaned ???

I am not familiarized with that printer, but the newest printers have in fact the leaves that clean the impression mall pillows. C4280 can be seen clearly in the HP Photosmart. It is not a good idea since it can damage the impression mall pillow Very very easily. if you are trying to clean the red of the consumptions in the head to use a rod, but only very slight pressure. I repeat does not try to clean the outside of the print head since probably they make unusable and substitution heads is exorbitantly expensive...!
