Re: Open INK Cartridge

The opening of a printer of red cartridge is not recommendable, unless it is necessary for the insertion of the red during a spare part. In order to insert red, to make an opening, it is limited at the most small possible, in the part superior of the red camera. This is generally possible by aluminum perforation or a small opening in the part superior of the cartridge. This opening will be used to insert the red spare part through the syringe, and it does not require to return to be after his use. He is advisable to handle a red cartridge with care, mainly in the proximity to the carpets and the furniture, given the propensity to the flight and the spots.

Re: Open INK Cartridge

  1. It places the cartridge in some towels of paper in a zone where a spill can be tolerated.

  2. The use of a 1/16 inches, to perforate, to drill a hole in the part superior, a smaller flat surface - 1/3rd of the form of the edge. To make the hole of where the letter " E" of Dell superior is molded in the part. To maintain the 2 cartridge in paper towels, to take a syringe and bottle that to fill 1/3 to 1/red plenty - near 10-15 ml.

  3. It completely inserts the needle in the orifice. To obtain the end of the needle to the part inferior of the cartridge. It injects the red very slowly and to see until the sponge is saturated. You must deeply obtain the needle in the hard sponge. It is not necessary to close the hole.

  4. Established over a towel of paper by one hour like a dripping precaution. To wait for a few drips. It does not allow that the cartridge to touch the towel of paper in this point, from the towel to extract the red. In order to obtain better results, it lets rest the night to the morning before using. Tape on the ventilation hole if it is going to store during several days to avoid the drying of the red.

Re: Open INK Cartridge

Well the original ink cartridges does give this type of error. Here what happens when you open a ink cartridge and replace the ink the printer memory does not identify it. But when you use it for printing you will receive the same performance which you was receiving before. So this just a OEM problem. The printer software only identifies original ink and original ink cartridges. Just ignore the error.

Re: Open INK Cartridge

Then i think your cartridges have been expired you have non other way then to buy the new one from the company. Refilling depends on the the quality of ink you use..! I think the ink you are using might be the low quality ink. Anyways but the ink Cartridges can maximum for three times...!

Re: Open INK Cartridge

If you go through refilling your cartridges then must consider shelf life of your cartridges. This factor is as much important as performance of your cartridge.Because basically cartridge's life depends on this shelf life.

Re: Open INK Cartridge

You can refill your cartridges only for 3 or 4 times and after that you have to change your cartridges.

Re: Open INK Cartridge

Refilling cartridges is the easiest way and you can do it with your own self and the life of cartridge is depend on our use.If we use it with more dark color then you have to refill it again and after 3 or 4 times refilling, you have to go for new one.
