Sony HDMI 720p/1080i upscale dvd player error message e2700

My player of DVD is not working proper. The Trey seems to have a problem and blinks E2700. The manual says that to call to a technician of Sony and to say the code to him. You know what means with the error code?

My son and I finish fulfilling the unit mouth down and that allows open the tray. Apparently, the discs were not suitably. In order that open they must be seated or not they find totally… that it is what it is let deceive in believing. Once it was open we have been able to shake to discs. Everything will return now to normality!

If the tray is not opening, the problem can be as simple as a loose cable. There is a bulletin on watch (SB) title holder, "E:27, Tray will not open". ihope you know what the error is about...! I will recommend to go to the service center to solve this problem out.... They will solve your problem as it is a hardware problem....!

If you require to solve it by your own just follow up the following procedure :

1. Open the Cover of the player.
2. Now remove the Exchanger Tray.
3. Now try to play without the tray.
4. You will still receive the same error message e2700.
5. Now replace the old Exchanger Tray with the new one.
6. Now cover it up again.
7. Now try to play it has solved your problem.
