HP Officejet 6310 network issues

I have recently bought HP Officejet 6310 printer at my office when i am trying to install on single computer it's getting properly install but if i try to install this printer over a wired network connection over here i am facing issue like the software finds my printer on the network but when it says connecting to device it keeps wanting to reconnecting during this software installation and will not install the drivers and al other network computers are having Windows XP SP3 install on it.

It might happen that you haven't made your printer sharing because of which you are facing this issue, in that case you need click on Start goto setting and over here goto Printer & faxes. Now select the printer which you need to have sharing right click on it an select sharing option now your printer is in sharing and it will be visible in Network too.

I have try to do that to but it worked for some time and then again got disappeared and was not able to take print out of it. Can you tell me what would be the exact issue and thanks for replying me.

According to me there is some issue with your printer drivers because of which you are facing this issue i would suggest you to reinstalling drivers would definitely solve your problem and at the same time do check you LAN connectivity it might happen that because of which you aer facing such issue ?
