lexmark x4580 cannot retrieve application list

Hello , i Have a lexmark x4580 printer ,the problem is that when Trying to scan via wireless displays "Cannot retrieve application list" on the X4580 LCD screen. please help me Thanks in advance

Lexmark have admitted having some driver issues but this seems to work fine. first Make sure you have printer software and drivers installed.

You have to Open System Preferences > Print and Fax > Options and Supplies > Driver > Print Using : select a driver to use - select Generic PCL LaserPrinter > OK

Now You can try printing a document using the faulty application, immediately after hitting Print pause the printing in the printer queue (use the printer icon which has now appeared in the dock). With this panel open hit Info > Driver > Print Using : +select a driver to use+- select your printers driver eg.Lexmark x5400 > OK > Resume

The document should now print as normal

Open the "All-In-One" , & Click on "Scan" , Then "Maintenance Troubleshooting" on top " & Next, on "scanning can not be sent a certain program & Follow the procedure then .... With any luck you will get the solution

Try to open the Imaging Studio software LEXMARK before start scanning. but

The drivers that available on the Lexmark website do not contain Microsoft.NET Framework Version 2.0. These files are needed to run the Lexmark Imaging Studio application, and must be downloaded separately.
