PC to coaxial, Unable to get sound from Coxial

I'm looking for a video card that will send out over coax cable, i have a home media pc,running windows 7, I have media centre pc,with RADEON HD 4350 GRAPHICS WITH HDMI OUT,and C-MEDIA CMI8768 7.1 SOUNDCARD with digital coaxial out. The connection needs to be coaxial input on TV because we are using a TVM agile modulator so we can specify media from PC to a specific TV channel. It gets tricky trying to add sound though. can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong please,its driving me crazy.

RF modulator with S-Video input?

Audio shouldn't be a problem, try looking in the sound mixer settings for default audio output device, see if you can select the digital output as default. since the modulator should have a standard RCA or socket connection for it.

Windows Control Panel. There is a sound output tab under what used to be "Sounds and Audio Devices". Make sure the proper digital output is selected. Your connection from PC to RF coaxial cable should be as following image.

The picture here shows what's included in the package: the power supply; one 6ft. coax cable; one 6ft audio/video cable with S-Video + headphone connector going to 3 RCA. The "S-Video to RCA" convertor is available in 6, 12, and 24 ft. The "S-Video to RCA" convertor plugs into the "Video In" on the modulator; this configuration allows you to take your S-Video Signal OR your Composite Video to an "RF Coaxial Antenna" input signal.
