Hi guys,
My printer says that it is jammed but nothing is stuck how to fix it? Its a old Hp deskjet printer and using it with windows vista. I have tried everything but can not clear the error. How to fix this? I saw some video tutorials on youtube but nothing good happened.

First do the unplug the printer and wait for a min and then again plug it. If this doesn't help then it would be worth to check the printer driver settings and any default page sizes on the printer. This can be problem of where printer thinks its loading the letter size paper where you have A4 or vice versa.

- Make sure that there is paper in the paper tray.
- If the paper tray was empty and you added paper, press the RESUME button.
- If the printer does not print correctly, remove all the paper from the paper IN tray and OUT tray.
- Press the RESUME button.
