if the printers installed on the machine are no longer available then Windows system displays the following message: Unable to continue operation due to lack of resources. The print subsystem is unavailable This issue can occur if the Spoolss.exe and Spoolss.dll files are missing from the %SystemRoot%\System32 folder, or are damaged.

Go to Start/Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services then Select "Print Spooler". While it is noted "stop", start it by double-licking on "Print Spooler", then click the "Start" button. verify that the "startup type" is set to "automatic".

Click on Start / Run and enter: Services.msc , In the right list, find "Remote Procedure Call (RPC)" Clicking the right mouse button and choose "Properties" , Go to the tab "Recovery", and then sequentially in First Failure, Second Failure, etc. and select "Restart Service" , Validate the changes by OK
