I noticed that there were dark spots,Not dead pixels on the Sony LCD screen. I don't think it is faults of pixel because i can see data on the screen. There is no damaged on inner surface. Hope you guys can help me!

Dark spots on lcd screen appears because of heat or when panel life is getting over. The spots appearing are know as dead pixel spots. You will get to see the image-try to look for any unusual patches which indicate dead pixels. A dead pixel is defined as a pixel or set of sub-pixels that has failed and is permanently in the off position.
Your problem will have something to do with the LCD screen. Is this a screen you just had replaced or is this the original LCD panel? Check you computer with another monitor, it may be fault of graphic card.
If you use an external monitor and everything works fine then your problem is related with video car. In general, the manufacturer will have a policy with regards to the number of stuck or dead pixels allowed before it can be returned. The number of defective pixels that define a panel as meeting the replacement criteria will also vary with the size and even model of the monitor.
