Volume write-back cache in Raid 0

I have two 160GB hard disks in Raid 0 array. In intel matrix, i saw an option of volume write-back cache. Should i enable volume write-back cace in raid 0 disk setup? I don't know what this option does...

Re: Volume write-back cache in Raid 0

This option is related to some operational speed and performance of the disk in raid setup. I have not used this option too... But it generally helps increasing disk transfer speed when you have disk setup in Raid.

Re: Volume write-back cache in Raid 0

I really don't know what this option does, but once i enable it on my raid 0 array. I checked with HD Tuner Pro and i was able to achieve 3123MB/s transfer speed, which is sata hard disk's maximum speed. I never had this speed before...
