Yes, it is possible to use your CRT monitor on your Laptop computer, But what connection do you have on your laptop? Like VGA-out, S-Video Out? It would be better to help you if you could tell me about your latop's video output ports... Post back!
Yeah, i have both the options. I have a VGA-out on my laptop as well as S-Video Out. How do i connect my monitor? Do i need any driver or any extra hardware to do this conenction? Help Guys, can't wait to see the laptop's diaplay on a larger screen..!
That is too easy. Just connect the Monitor to the power and use the monitor's VGA cable to connect to the laptop's VGA-out port and that done. If you have a s-video out then you can connect your laptop/computer to your TV too. Check this : Connect a computer to a CRT TV.
