    Control button not working

My control button of logitech keyboard have stopped working. I can't able to open task manager by pressing ctrl + alt + delete. I did system restore which didn't fix that problem. I have also ran full system scan but didn't found anything. Is that related to driver or any fault in keyboard? There is no problem with shift, caps lock, tab or function key button, only my CTRL button has stopped working. How can I fix this?

Sounds like a hardware issue. Have you tested with a different keyboard?? It's always best to eliminate the possibility of a hardware issue. To solve the problem insert xp cd and run sfc /scannow from 'run' command to check windows protected files, if it doesn't give any error then you need to do repair install.

To make sure the problem is related to hardware first you need shutdown the machine then remove keyboard from machine. Install another keyboard on your system and restart your machine and check if CTRL key is working or not. If the CTRL button does not cause any problems, then you just need a new keyboard. If you have wireless keyboard so -try installing new batteries.
