mouse freezes on download

Yesterday i downloaded one movie from torrent while downloading mouse freezes i check the drivers no issue with drivers. Still mouse freez when i download the data ?

Can anyone provide me solution ?

If your PC doesn't have enough memory then it may temporarily suspend mouse function while the central processing unit takes care of more important things. So delete unwanted files and folder from your machine. Empty the Temporary Internet Files and Temp folders, uninstall programs you no longer need, and delete unwanted files.Empty your Recycle Bin

Reinstall your mouse driver i will suggest download and install a more recent driver. Internet Explorer or another graphics-intensive program is running, a balky video driver may be causing the mouse to freeze. Download and install a new video driver.
