I have a Dell laptop which had problem from long time and now its completely dead no response from it says primary hard disk drive not found All data is backed up.Now i have bought new drive.How can i install it and use laptop recovery CDs to restore it? i have Dell Latitude D820

I would suggest you install the new hard drive with 7200rpm.you need to get all of the necessary tools and equipment out. You will need a Philips head screwdriver, a pair of needle nose pliers or tweezers, all of the materials with your new hard drive and any manuals from your existing system.

• Small philips head screwdriver
• Small flat-blade screwdriver
