Setup password for sandisk cruzer micro 4.0

I recently bought sandisk cruzer micro 4.0GB usb pen drive. It includes U3 smart technology. I am looking for software or any stepwise procedure to assign password to my pen drive. If i connect my pen drive to computer it should ask for the password and then allow user to access data inside the drive. Any help will be extremely appreciated.

You can install Password Protect USB on your hard drive or on your external/removable drive or You can keep the password in pendrive through Folder Lock Software you can install folder lock software in your pendrive to save your data...
