Rear panel audio not working with Realtek

I am using Realtek audio and everything was working fine till I started hearing the beep sounds from it. However, I have fixed the issue but after that I am unable to get the sound from the rear slots whereas front slots works fine. How can fix this issue ? Please help....

Make sure to reseat the I/O cable from the front panel to the motherboard You can do this by turning the power off - unplug the connector - plugin back.
The I/O panel has the audio and USB on it. The front panel mike and headset jacks control the rear panel jacks (when something is plugged into the front it disables the rear jacks).

I was facing the similar issue with my Realtek in which front panel audio didn't work. However, I found the solution, quite simple and strange. By enabling the ‘disable front panel’, it works, Well, by checking the box to disable it, it should be disabled. But well it worked like this !

Make sure that you have the jack detection ON and unplug everything from your front and rear panel. and then plugin them back. It will popup asking you about line in or line out etc...Relaunch the Realtek HD Audio Manager, after relaunching the manager the sound should be perfect.
