HP 6210 will not scan

Hello,
I have HP 6210 installed on my windows vista desktop. It cannot scan the documents. I have checked the setting but everything seems fine to me. Is there anything missing? Anyone have any idea?

Try this:

• Go to Control Panel
• Printers and Other Hardware
• View Installed Printers
• Click Scanners and Cameras

Check if the printer is installed properly. Disconnect and reconnect the printer again. If you are getting any problem installing the printer then, download Windows Installer CleanUp Utility to remove installation information for programs that were installed by using Windows Installer. It will remove the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over.

Get the vista compatible driver for your HP Officejet 6210 All-in-One Printer. Reinstall the drivers. You can try "Scan using wizard" option in HP.
