Leaking ink from HP printer cartridges

    hie,

I have a HP printer in which the paper used to print out very light, one can hardly analyse what is printed. So I thought the ink has been used up and refilled the cartridges with the fresh new ink. Now, the problem I am facing is that the ink is been leaking from the cartridges and the print out of the paper simply looks ugly. Can anyone help with the necessary suggestions what should I do ?

You might have refilled excess ink on the cartridges. You should refill the ink according to the specific levels on the printer cartridges to get the clear printout.
And also make a note of this - after you have refilled the cartridges, please insert 2-3 blank papers to check whethet the ink is leaking or not. Once you get the blank page in and out, you can start printing your documents....

Close everything and open your printer. I would suggest you to remove and check the cartridges. I think there might be some gap or hole in your cartridges due to which the ink might be leaking from it. If that's the case, I would suggest you to replace your cartridges with the new ones.
