Negative scanner

i would like to make a scan of my large collection of negatives.

I seeks to:

Create a photo library to find them, and to leave contact planks on the screen or for printing.

Is there software that automates all of this to the attention of beginners in computing, what it is?

Without seeking the professional tool, it would still scan of good quality especially for its amateur photography in black and white.

The aim is to:

view in high resolution on a monitor without it is too disgusting (colors, sharpness, details ...)

It searches for a material that will keep as long as possible and is ready to be i a budget of 10,000 if necessary

or Canon CanoScan 8400F - 189.90

The Epson has a better optical resolution, which may be interesting for the intended application, since the areas to be scanned are small.
