I am currently using Windows XP SP3 and planning to Upgrade my OS to Windows 7 RC when it releases... I need a gaming graphics card not a high end one...! I can shed Rs. 4000/- Can you suggest me a graphics card for the same range? Thanks!

For that budget i would suggest go for Nvidia 9400GT. You would get it very easy and it will be in your budget too...! Well If you want a second hand card you would get 8800GT in that range and thats a pretty good one..! All the best...!
