Update device account info error

I am getting an error C00D11A0 that says update device account information and i have to create another user account on a computer that is running Windows Vista,when i click sign in than confirm to update it says the account information for my device is no longer valid.so i cannot update the software on a Zune device. What has happened and what is the solution?Can anyone help!!!

hi,
I don't have issues updating my Zune software/drivers. I have issues where the song/podcast downloads 100% and then throws the C00D11D2 error. I uninstalled the software, deleted all of the folders and reinstalled the latest. I know it doesn't have anything to do with the actual zune because it happens with or without it plugged in.
