Hercules Muse 5.1 DVD sound card conflict

I installed a sound card on my pc (Hercules Muse 5.1 DVD), and since I have a conflict with the sound card integrated on my motherboard (Asus P5K). I have uninstalled the drivers of the motherboard, disabled the "high definition audio" in the bios, tried several times cd win xp pro, and the motherboard cd, none of its solutions arranged my problem.

the sound works very well, I have the conflict in Device Manager.

you are sure that 'conflict' is the appropriate word? it is not rather an unrecognized device whose driver is not installed?

I think that is the chip ati audio tone. that serves to encode the sound to the hdmi. if you do not use the hdmi leaves like that, you can do right click and disable it if possible, I can not remember. and if you want to use, the better to clean the ati driver (driver cleaner) and reinstall the latest catalyst cleanly.
