Sony Ericsson USB cable issues

I am having problems when use the USB cable during synchronization. I am not able to transfer Data from my PC to phone can any one know solution for this issue ?

Check that the USB cable is properly connected to the phone and the computer.

Just Restart the computer without disconnecting the USB cable or turning off the phone and try to synchronize again. If still face the problem then try same thing using.
