My macbook unibody randomly freezes for a few weeks. I thought that it was the ssd which was blamer but it is not.
Yesterday I exchange (the macbook) for a new one.
Can I simply remove the HDD from the old macbook to bring in the new without reinstall?

The mac os advantage is that you can actually move your disk from one machine to another without concern for driver or other
you can move from a macbook pro to a mac mini 2. So I guess that will unibody macbook transparent

It depends on your config. If you have a nVidia graphics card, you have an ATI motherboard if you do not have the same brand, necessarily you need to uninstall and reinstall the drivers.

The key material does not change that much because the hardware is identical. A rigorous, only the MAC address of the network adapter may require some reactivation (except for volume licensing).
