Help Installing new Harddisk (Additional)

Hey guys. i just now brought and connected a 500 gb hard disk additional to my old 250 GB hard disk. and windows recognized and instal;led it correctly, the problem is that am wondering how to partition and use them, as i dont see any new drives in the MY COMPUTER. do i have to partition it using os installation disk? can any one help. its sata. segate

Hey!
You need to initialize your hard drive. As in partition and format the partition...! refer this thread :I do not see Second Hard-Disk

Actually you have provide very less information regarding partitioning disk, such as Which OS you have installed on your system? which File format system you are using?
