Bluetooth mouse stops working randomly

Hi,
I just do basic stuff on my computer. When i was surfing the net, i noticed that my bluetooth mouse stops working in between. I cannot figure out anything. Can anyone help?

Try using different mouse. If your other things like keyboard and other things working properly, then there may be something wrong with your mouse. Replace it with new one.

Try this:

• Go to Start
• Click Run
• Type services.msc
• Click OK
• Click on the "Log On" tab
• Select "Local System Account" for "Log on as:"
• Click Apply
• Then click OK
• Right click on "Bluetooth Support Service"
• Select stop
• Again right click on "Bluetooth Support Service"
• And select start
• Reconnect your bluetooth services

Open task Manager by pressing Alt+Ctrl+Del. Go to Processes tab. Look for 'mDNSResponder' process. If its there, end the process. Its associated with "bonjour" for windows and i Tunes. I hope it will work for you.
