Drivers for webcam creative vf-0050

I have never used a Linux system before, so it would be nice if you could explain as if it where to you download s ^^

I have tried lots of ways to install a driver for my webcam (Creative live VF-0050), but nothing seems to work..

We are also having trouble finding a driver for this webcam creative vf0050. I've lost the disc for the driver thinking i wouldn't need it again. I have searched and searched for a downloadable software on line to no avail - would be great if you could let me know if you have found a resulotion to your problem, thanks

Just go to this llink http://support.creative.com/Downloads/welcome.aspx and then once your there, you will see a spot that says enter the cam model number. out in your cam model number and then you should be able to down load. I was having the same problem and it work fine for me!!!

I went to this link and typed in vf0050 and it cannot find that device...anyone else have any idea how i can do this? I have the creative software on a flash drive and i thought the driver would be in there? If it is does anyone know what file it is in? Thanks.

Which Operating System have you installed? You can download the VF-0050 webcam live driver from here. Note that it is for Windows XP OS. Or you can let Windows Wizard to automatically fetch the driver for it by Windows Update and let it install its driver automatically.
