Mouse hangs and stops randomly

hiiee...

i have a problem in using my Mouse... IBALL-Optical Mouse

the prob is dat while using it stops o hangs in between...dont know what ie happening...
i have tried by putting a new mouse bt d result is d same...d pointer does not moves... after that wen i restart my pc n plug in and out the mouse it works again...

is there any other solution.... if there's driver problem then plz provide me the link to download it.. my systems info is

Hey..!
Try to uninstall the drivers from the device manager and scan for hardware changes... When the drivers are found use to search from windows update... OR manually download the mouse drivers from the manufacturer's website...! Mouse drivers are automatically taken but sometimes it becomes necessary to download and install drivers manually...! All the best...!

Is it your USB mouse? If so use some other USB slot and make sure drivers are installed correctly and are not conflicting with other USB devices...! Try to update the drivers with windows updates...! All the best...!

I had a similar issue with my computer... When i scanned my computer with Symantec Antivirus, it got a hell lot of viruses...! Please ensure that you have installed an Antivirus program to avoid any virus issues...! Virus issues are the worst...! All the best...!
