| No sound with opensuse 11
After update from opsenSUSE 10.3 (here was all fine) to version 11 I have no sound anymore and I have no idea why. I already upgrade to the unstable alsa-driver but it don't work.Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this issue?  |

Most likely you need to install drivers for your sound card. To confirm this, please check your device Manager (right-click My Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager) for unknown/improperly installed devices. Please visit you computer manufacturer’s website, and download drivers along with the installation instructions. |

Using the same app, have you tried selecting File | Change Device and seeing if any others are listed?The only other thing I can suggest is using Yast and re-detecting your sound card to see if that works.I've been having intermittent problems with sound on 11.0 and it certainly doesn't seem as stable as 10.3. |
