No sound with opensuse 11

After update from opsenSUSE 10.3 (here was all fine) to version 11 I have no sound anymore and I have no idea why. I already upgrade to the unstable alsa-driver but it don't work.Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this issue?

Most likely you need to install drivers for your sound card. To confirm this, please check your device Manager (right-click My Computer -> Manage -> Device Manager) for unknown/improperly installed devices.

Please visit you computer manufacturer’s website, and download drivers along with the installation instructions.

Using the same app, have you tried selecting File | Change Device and seeing if any others are listed?The only other thing I can suggest is using Yast and re-detecting your sound card to see if that works.I've been having intermittent problems with sound on 11.0 and it certainly doesn't seem as stable as 10.3.
