External hard drive: WESTERN DIGITAL or MEMUP or LG

I have a multimedia hard drive for which I was very happy. But I just bought a home theater, and I have not been able to play videos through it (the best I pass by the TV, but the sound is not the same). However the videos of a USB stick very well.

I, therefore, thought of buying an external hard drive 2.5". But which one? I would like a nice ability (I think 500GB is a max?) but it is certainly not the only one.

250 GB WESTERN DIGITAL or MEMUP or LG

For external drives, I like the WD, but in general I mount myself, less expensive (it depends on the store, but the discs, not the net) and I know in it. (and on tape is not pre-installed 200MB of utilities above)

I would suggest to go for MEMUP because it is certainly cheaper than any other brand.

Why don't you go for some Seagate product model? It is best in Indian and well known in Indian market. It is also the largely used hard disk which is preferred for both internally and externally rather than any other.

Hi there..My name is Tom.I would like to ask someone for help.My external hardrive WD 500G Elements,worked ok for first year.Last week PC started to freeze when I tried to move some folders on it.Even thought there was still 150G space.Then I copied all folders onto PC hardrive and tried to format the external one.Vista shows up a message"Windows is unable to complete the format".I tried couple of times since that/quick or normal format.Can anyone help,please..
