Microsoft wireless optical desktop 1000 keyboard problem

I recently bought a Microsoft wireless optical desktop 1000 keyboard, mouse but I have a problem with the keyboard.

The computer recognizes perfectly but the buttons are not well planned, let me explain: when I was on it I see another letter to each other such letters, and some letters of the keyboard are inactive.
