Cannot Activate Bluetooth on Acer 7730?

Hello , I have a button "bluetooth" on my laptop acer 7730, but when I click it the screen shows "no device" I looked everywhere on my pc but it was never found .. as I understand it it is necessary to install, I searched on the internet free bluetooth software but to no avail and also I had not got the installation cd with the laptop .Actally i Want To transfer files from my mobile phone to pc and vice versa via bluetooth key can you help me?

Hellom In general bluetooth makes only connections - like network adapter - so when installing it it search for active device on the other side - like mobile phone or keyboard. That's why its says that no active device found - but on restart you must have bluetooth icon on tray - so after you switch on some active device/s/ in /around/ range of bluetooth it must be found automatically - if not try to make it search for devices from icon in tray.

The answer to your problem is Acer all laptop had that button but Few laptop Has its bluetooth hardware installed. You might Might Try Installing the Drivers for it You can download the drivers from Here

Hello , Remember That when You are Installing it and then If the switch is not on it Give you device can not be found by the system. error if it is on The drivers will install themselves.Hope it will help you
